Welcome to Road Crosser ("we," "our," or "us"). By downloading, accessing, or using our mobile game inspired by Chicken Road, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). Please read these Terms carefully before using our services.

5. User Conduct

You agree not to use Road Crosser to:

• Violate any applicable laws or regulations;
• Infringe upon or violate our intellectual property rights or the intellectual property rights of others;
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to other user accounts, computer systems, or networks;
• Upload or transmit viruses, malware, or other types of malicious software;
• Use the game to harass, abuse, or harm another person;
• Engage in any conduct that restricts or inhibits anyone's use or enjoyment of Road Crosser;
• Use any robot, spider, or other automatic device to access Road Crosser;
• Modify, adapt, or hack Road Crosser or modify another website to falsely imply that it is associated with Road Crosser.

6. In-App Purchases and Virtual Currency

Road Crosser may offer in-app purchases and virtual currencies that can be purchased with real money. All purchases are final and non-refundable, except as required by applicable law.

Virtual currencies have no monetary value and cannot be exchanged for cash or any other currency. We reserve the right to control, regulate, change, or remove any virtual currency without any liability to you.

You acknowledge that you do not own the virtual items or currency but instead have a limited license to use them within the game.

7. Changes to Terms of Service

We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to modify or replace these Terms at any time. If a revision is material, we will provide at least 30 days' notice prior to any new terms taking effect. What constitutes a material change will be determined at our sole discretion.

By continuing to access or use Road Crosser after any revisions become effective, you agree to be bound by the revised terms. If you do not agree to the new terms, you are no longer authorized to use Road Crosser.

These Terms shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of the United States, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

Our failure to enforce any right or provision of these Terms will not be considered a waiver of those rights. If any provision of these Terms is held to be invalid or unenforceable by a court, the remaining provisions of these Terms will remain in effect.
